Problem Note 38620: Scheduled SAS® Enterprise Guide® project might not send e-mail
In SAS Enterprise Guide, scheduled projects that include the E-mail as a Step in Project task might not generate the e-mail. This behavior will happen if you schedule the process flow instead of scheduling the project. To circumvent the problem, remove the schedule on the process flow and create the schedule for the project.
